It is well known that Colombia provides some of the worlds' best coffees. More than half of Colombia's exports come directly to the United States. This single origin roast comes from the Tolima region in Colombia, which is believed to be home to some of the best products in the country. Colombia produces two main varieties of beans, supremo and excelso. Excelso beans are a bit smaller, which provide a more intense flavor. Even though Colombia beans typically shift towards a darker more full bodied cup, this also packs a punch of cherry-like fruit notes with a very long and savory finish. By far one of our favorites.
