Flavor profile; We blend this for body, balanced between high and low tones. It boasts full chocolate roast flavors, and slightly rustic fruited accent notes.
This is our signature house blend which is a blend of several coffee regions. We chose a base of Brazil for an earthy flavor, to balance it out we mix Ethiopian and Rwandan for fruitiness. Coffee tends to be more versatile if it is blended with several different strains.
This blend was initially created for espresso based drinks. It holds up great in a shot glass. A strong crema holds up for 10 minutes, and works well for latte, and latte art.
But it turned out to be a perfect daily go in your coffee pot for a great full bodied cup! Don't let us tell you how to drink it.
