This single origin roast comes from the Cundinamarca region in Colombia. It is grown at a very high altitude of around 4,600-5,900 ft in the mountains surrounding Bogota. The first thoughts that come to mind after a sip is, bright balanced acidity, switching to bakers chocolate, with a hazelnut clean finish. Definitely a medium bodied coffee you will enjoy.
